Reflective Writing, Affirmations, and Guided Meditation

This class we will focus on:

  • using our minds to relieve stress 

  • writing to shift our emotional state and bring awareness to areas of our life that need attention

  • creating our own personal affirmations to cultivate balance

A guided meditation will be given to explore the power of visualization as a way of relieving stress.
